You guys. I have been AB-SENT from this little business of mine. Ya know those feelings of overwhelm? And ya know how they can just paralyze the crap out of you? Me too.

My personality is an interesting mix of overachiever perfectionist mixed with “screw it - I give up”. And as a therapist, I can tell you I don’t recommend it :-) That’s another issue - I want to be all. the. things. I want to be the best mom and wife I can while working full-time as a therapist, leaving work and immediately driving to a photo session, and then baking and decorating 3 dozen cookies for a friend. And somewhere in there I’d love to have clean laundry.

My photo business has taken the biggest hit this past year as overwhelm has gotten the best of me. I recently transitioned from a school counselor to a therapist, and the sheer amount of “new” was more than I could handle. But I’m happy to report I am finally feeling a little settled, and I’m ready to jump back into the driver’s seat with my photo biz and capture some beauty! Are you ready too?!
